Allison Montgomery has a strong foundation in family law and litigation. She began her career as a legal assistant and has since advanced while attending law school to further develop her skills.

She earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Boise State University, where she also completed a Certificate in Conflict Management. During her time at Boise State, Allison held leadership roles as Risk Reduction and Education Chairman of Zeta Tau Alpha and Director of Fundraising for Dance Marathon. She is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at Florida State University, where she is a member of the Women in Law Symposium and serves as Treasurer of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Society.
